DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, and optimization of our development and deployment infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring seamless CI/CD workflows, scalable cloud operations, and secure, high-performing systems across our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to support rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Infrastructure Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or other IaC tools to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Cloud Operations: Manage and optimize cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitoring & Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar tools to ensure system reliability and observability.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce cybersecurity best practices including data encryption, access control, vulnerability management, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with software developers, QA engineers, and IT teams to streamline development workflows and improve deployment processes.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior DevOps engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues across development, staging, and production environments with speed and precision.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, configurations, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering within cloud-native environments
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline tools and IaC frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lead initiatives and mentor team members

Preferred Skills

• Cloud certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, etc.)
• Experience with service mesh, secrets management, and zero-trust architectures
• Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
