Senior Project Manager

As Kofana, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team and manage International projects which involve Salesforce products tailored by our Functional and Technical Consultants. This is a hybrid role based in Istanbul/Turkey with up to 2 days/week at the Office.

Position Requirements

• Past Consultancy OR Project Management experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce) is a MUST.
• International Project Management experience is a MUST.
• B.Sc. in Engineering.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Outstanding Planning Management skills.
• Experienced in Team, 3rd party and Change management.
• Full Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experienced with Atlassian Jira, MS Project and Timeline Pro.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the Deliverables, Resource Plan and Time plan for the Projects.
• Collaborating with a team of Business Analysts and Developers.
• Identifying resource requirements for the Projects, in terms of type and amount.
• Continuous monitoring and planning of resources, considering Customer demands and Company’s entire resource pool and all projects in the PMO.
• Ensuring efficient utilization of resources during the entire Project Lifecycle.
• Preparing the WBS and Project Plans with inputs collected from the project technical team.
• Updating and maintaining the delivery plans and progress online at Jira; closely following the documentation deliverables as well as sprints’ planning.
• Attending meetings with Local and International Customers.
• Following business discussions but also technical discussions with the Customers, regarding Salesforce solutions to be able to discuss and define the actions with Kofana’s technical team.
• Discussing and negotiating with Customers on Schedule, Budget and Scope of delivery.
• Identifying Change Requests, together with the technical team, negotiating with the Customer on terms of delivery.
• Managing cost estimation and proposal processes for Projects and CRs.
• Monitoring and managing profitability throughout the projects and preparing P&L reports.
• Ensuring timely delivery of Projects and CRs, closure of Acceptance and Invoicing of Projects.
• Providing and presenting weekly status reports to PMO and company management.
