Senior Backend Engineer

Our client is a company that provides innovative routing software solutions for dispatchers and drivers, helping them simplify multiple-stop mapping and save valuable hours each day and is recruiting a Senior Backend Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. The ideal candidate thrives in challenging environments, is highly adaptable, and has a proven ability to deliver under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

  • System Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems
  • Microservices Architecture: Build and optimize microservices for high-performance applications
  • Blockchain Integration: Collaborate with blockchain developers to integrate backend services with blockchain platforms
  • System Architecture: Work with cross-functional teams to design robust system architectures and deployment pipelines
  • Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability
  • DevOps: Manage deployment pipelines and infrastructure using Kubernetes and AWS
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges across the backend stack

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in backend engineering roles
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in backend programming languages (GoLang preferred)
  • Tech Stack: Familiarity with Dapr, Cassandra, and SQL
  • Blockchain Knowledge: Basic understanding of blockchain concepts and experience with blockchain integrations
  • Microservices Expertise: Strong experience building and maintaining microservices-based architectures
  • DevOps Skills: Previous work experience with Kubernetes (K8s) clusters and AWS
