Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Science Analyst local to SJ who will drive significant improvements in customer engagement and revenue through analytics, insights, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will expertly stitch and calibrate data from diverse sources to inform strategic decisions, and build self-serving reporting frameworks to empower our partners. This role demands a dynamic individual who can analyze large datasets, conduct A/B testing, and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analytics to drive revenue and engagement programs, including A/B test analyses.
• Collaborate with product managers to derive actionable insights from customer behavior and product usage.
• Expertly manage data from various sources, ensuring quality and accessibility.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support understanding of customer behavior.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that allow for self-serve access to key data metrics.
  
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Hive/SQL and familiarity with Databricks.
• Strong experience in creating detailed reports and dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
• Solid track record in hypothesis testing and analytics for A/B testing.
  
  

Industry Experience:

Prior experience in data science or analytics within a product-driven environment is preferred.
