Salesforce Solution Architect

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical direction of a new program aimed at redesigning CRM processes and enhancing user experience, with a special focus on dealer interactions.

This role will involve collaboration with multiple vendors, senior business stakeholders, and technical teams to address challenges, implement governance, manage technical debt, and oversee feature delivery from design to production.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary development team (5 Salesforce developers, 5 Frontend developers, 1 AWS specialist, 1 PIM specialist)
• Take ownership of the technical solution and create high-level task estimations
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards across the development team
• Collaborate with the Program Solution Architect and Architecture Group to plan and align functionality implementation
• Define and oversee the governance process for features delivery
• Guide teams in addressing technical challenges and ensuring technical design quality for new features
• Align with technical and business stakeholders to address integration points between Salesforce and Frontend systems
• Support the team across the Software Development Lifecycle to ensure features are successfully delivered to production

Requirements

• Expertise in Amazon Web Services, JavaScript (Frontend), and Salesforce with at least 7 years of professional experience
• Capability to manage complex integrations involving Salesforce and Frontend systems
• Familiarity with technical governance and addressing technical debt within large-scale projects
• Background in implementing high-quality solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Proficiency in providing technical leadership and solution ownership across multi-vendor environments

Nice to have

• Understanding of GraphQL and Informatica
• Competency in ReactJS for frontend collaboration
• Showcase of working with cross-functional teams for large enterprise solutions
