Senior ReactJS Developer

We are looking for a Senior ReactJS Developer to work with Technical Leads to implement a modern frontend solution with ReactJS BFF layer and with an EPAM team of engineers on implementation.

The Solution should be developed with consideration of scalability, performance, accessibility and other non-functional requirements. The data for the front-end will be delivered by the Backend-for-Frontend layer, which needs to be designed by EPAM and implemented in ReactJS. All the needed core backend services will be provided by another partner. We encourage you to apply if you are ready to take on this challenge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technical Leads to design and implement solutions
• Develop NestJS API servers with a module-based design
• Integrate middleware for enhanced functionality
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation
• Ensure API and authentication security practices are followed
• Analyze and understand existing Java codebases as needed
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress

Requirements

• Residence in Ukraine for remote work eligibility
  
  
• 3+ years of experience in ReactJS development
• Expertise in NestJS with a modular design approach
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JWT/OAuth2, and external service integration
• Strong competency in drafting technical documentation
• Effective team collaboration abilities
• B2+ level English communication proficiency

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java codebases
• Background in optimizing performance and tuning applications
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks
