Front-End Team Lead

We are looking for a Front-End Team Lead to join Efficiency Leaders on a long-term, full-time contract role (40 hours per week). This is a remote opportunity based in Ukraine, offering USD $30–35 per hour. Mandatory daily stand-up from 8:00 AM (Ukraine Time).

This is a direct contract with an established Australian company, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to work closely with our executive team.

This role will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused front-end solutions across our enterprise software products. You will set and enforce high standards for UI/UX design, front-end development, and security compliance while fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring the UI/UX team to deliver outstanding results.
• Defining and maintaining front-end architecture using Angular and Angular Material.
• Ensuring accessibility, multilingual readiness, and exceptional user experience across devices.
• Applying security-by-design principles in line with ISO27001 and OWASP.
• Maintaining code quality with SonarQube and enforcing front-end best practices.
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Backend Developers, QA, and Security teams.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in front-end development with Angular.
• Proven leadership experience managing distributed or remote UI/UX teams.
• High-level English communication skills for daily interaction with Australian executives and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of front-end architecture, secure coding practices, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SonarQube, multilingual applications, and CI/CD pipelines.
