Role & Responsibilities

We, at Yral, are looking for talented, passionate and strategic minds to join our team as our Corporate Strategy Lead and help us define our next chapter.

Responsibilities

• Develop And Execute comprehensive corporate strategy:
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and acquisitions that support our strategic objectives.
• Develop And Present compelling strategic roadmaps and investment proposals to secure funding and board buy-in.
  
  

Lead Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with leadership across all departments to ensure alignment with the overall strategy.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of key strategic initiatives.
• Stay Ahead of the curve:
• Monitor the evolving blockchain landscape and identify emerging trends and technologies that could impact our business.
• Conduct scenario planning to assess potential risks and opportunities.
• Recommend adjustments to the strategy as needed to remain adaptable and competitive.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or consulting in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven Track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Passion For innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of the possible
