Junior Network Engineer (NL Speaking)

About This Role

As a Network Engineer, you will:

• Support and manage network infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, working independently with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize network solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate closely with a high-performing team, contributing to successful outcomes in fast-paced situations.
• Continuously develop your skills and stay updated on Aruba technologies and best practices.
  
  

Your skills

The ideal candidate is proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to grow. You should have:

• A relevant degree
• Thorough understanding of networking concepts (e.g., VLANs, routing, wireless protocols).
• A first experience working with network solutions is a nice plus
• Naturally enthusiastic and motivated attitude to tackle challenges.
• Get-it-done mindset, even when working under tight deadlines.
• Communicative. You dare to speak up when needed
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with support from experienced professionals.
• Fluency in Dutch (speaking and writing) is a must to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
