DevOps Engineer with Apache Artemis

Join Sii and take part in a project for a healthcare client looking for an expert in eventing/messaging solutions based on Apache Artemis.

Tasks

• Analyzing the existing configuration of Apache Artemis and usage patterns
• Defining a production-ready setup, including high availability (HA) configuration, resources, queues, and hardware requirements
• Designing high-performance scenarios (clustering)
• Supporting testing and rollout of the solution

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Apache Artemis or similar messaging/eventing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ)
• Knowledge of high availability (HA) and failover configuration in production environments
• Experience with DevOps tools: CI/CD, monitoring, automation
• Experience working in critical production environments, preferably in healthcare
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Java knowledge is a plus
