Job Purpose:

The Chief Assistant Technical Services Officer will be responsible for:

  • To provide support and advice in relation to the management of the estate, including project management, estate maintenance, environmental management and infrastructural risk management.
  • To ensure implementation of MMUH policies and procedures in managing the estate, including support for service managers.
  • To manage the delivery of individual projects as well as projects relating to Infrastructural Risk matters.
  • To manage projects and service contracts in a safe manner, including arrangements for the management of directly employed staff and contractors engaged.
  • To work in a collaborative manner in relation to estates issues and service requirements.

A panel may be formed as a result of this campaign, from which current and future, permanent and specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration may be filled.
