CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

IPXO seeks a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological vision, strategies, and execution. This is a high-impact role where you will drive innovation, scale our cloud-native marketplace, and support business growth.

In This Position You Will

• Business & Growth Leadership - Align technology strategy with business expansion, including M&A and entry into the Asian market. Drive scalable, cost-efficient technology investments
• Technical Architecture & Infrastructure - Design and oversee scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure that supports rapid growth
• Product Development - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology products align with business objectives
• Scalability & Performance - Develop high-availability, low-latency systems and scalable APIs. Optimize infrastructure and development processes for user growth
• Team Leadership & Talent Management - Attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent. Foster a high-performance, agile engineering culture
• Execution & Agile Development - Ensure seamless CI/CD workflows, implement iterative development practices, and drive fast execution cycles
• Ecosystem & Integration - Lead networking, automation, and infrastructure integrations with telcos, cloud providers, and partners
• Data-Driven Decision Making - Leverage AI, analytics, and threat intelligence to optimize IP reputation management and risk profiling
• Security, Compliance & Risk Management - Adhere to GDPR, ISO 27001, and potential SOC 2 certification needs. Implement cybersecurity best practices
• Strategic Partnerships - Build relationships with technology vendors and industry leaders to strengthen IPXO’s ecosystem
• Budgeting & ROI Monitoring - Manage resources effectively, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value
• Research and Development (R&D) - Stay ahead of technological advancements, trends, and best practices and apply them to improve engineering capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous innovation
  
  

We Expect That You Have

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar role in a high-growth, cloud-native environment
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development, IT infrastructure management, and data governance
• Expertise in scalable infrastructure, cloud technologies, and marketplace platforms
• A growth-oriented mindset with experience driving business success through technology
• Ability to recruit, mentor, and lead top engineering talent
• Passion for data-driven decision-making and AI-driven automation
• Solid knowledge of networking, IP transit, and security best practices
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to navigate challenges and drive results
• Emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strong communication skills to influence and align stakeholders
• Fluency in English – Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel – Ability to travel abroad as needed for business engagements and strategic partnerships
