We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at building interactive dashboards, writing efficient and complex queries, and delivering scalable, data-driven web applications.

You will play a key role in designing and implementing both the frontend UI components and the backend API services, ensuring smooth integration with the MongoDB database.

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js on the frontend.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work extensively with MongoDB, including writing complex aggregation pipelines and queries to support analytical dashboards.
• Build dynamic, real-time dashboards with rich data visualization (charts, graphs, filters).
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance optimization across the stack.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional components.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with best practices in version control (Git).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.

• Strong proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux or similar state management).
• Backend expertise with Node.js (Express.js, API design, middleware).
• Advanced knowledge of MongoDB, including complex queries, indexing, aggregation framework, and performance tuning.
• Proven track record in building dashboards or data visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with charting libraries (e.g., Chart.js, Recharts, D3.js, Highcharts).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON-based data exchange.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.

• Experience with TypeScript for stronger typing and maintainability.
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deployment.
• Familiarity with authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth2).
• Prior experience in building enterprise dashboards with role-based access controls.
