IT & Web Administrator

Property & Developer (Real Estate) is looking for an experienced IT & Web Administrator to manage and maintain our IT systems and websites for our property development projects in the UAE. The role involves ensuring smooth IT operations, website performance, and security for all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company websites, ensuring uptime, performance, security, SEO, and overall optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues across hardware, software, and network systems.
• Create and update website content, including text, images, and multimedia, in collaboration with marketing and development teams.
• Administer IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and internal systems, and implement IT policies, backup procedures, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Monitor website analytics, generate reports, and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT services, website updates, and software maintenance.
• Support staff with IT-related queries and training.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT & web administration within property development or real estate in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of web management (CMS, hosting), networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to handle multiple IT projects independently and ensure system security.
• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Familiarity with real estate/property management systems
