Production Manager – Production Services

Main Tasks:

• Supervise and plan all aspects of the production process to ensure the smoothness of current operations.
• Develop detailed schedules for all production activities, ensuring that timelines are met, and resources are effectively allocated.
• Conduct post-production reviews after the completion of each project or production cycle, conduct reviews to assess whether quality standards were met and identify areas for improvement.
• Attend program briefings to understand technical requirements.
• Analyze and validate technical requests, ensuring they are feasible and within the scope of production.
• Prepare production schedules or scripts to ensure adequate time allocation for all aspects of the production process and verify producers' budgets and timelines.
• Follow up on bookings made by producers or on their behalf, notifying them of any changes, and suggesting alternatives necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the planning officer to ensure resource availability or manage rentals if needed.
• Prepare and distribute shooting schedules, call sheets, crew and cast lists, daily progress reports, and scripts and their revisions.
• Arrange the logistical services necessary for production and organize supporting facilities for the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Attend production sites to manage logistical and site requirements, organize locations and equipment, and hiring crew to ensure smooth operations.
• Review contracts for employees, collaborators, and facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations, and handling invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders (such as other departments, cast, crew, contributors) to ensure production requirements are met within specified timelines and budgets.
• Prepare customized reports for the direct manager and producers to support decision-making and procedures.

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.

Experience:

Not less than 4 years.
