Junior Analyst

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join their dynamic team based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business operations
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and business performance
• Assist senior analysts and managers with data-driven projects and ad hoc analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement through data insights
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity, ensuring high-quality outputs
• Communicate findings clearly through presentations, visualizations, and written summaries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business, Data Science)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of business processes or industry-specific metrics
• Prior internship or placement experience in an analytical role
