Role Overview


As the HR Data Owner for the Reward, Performance & Goals, and Talent domains, you are the functional and data authority for your scope within SAP SuccessFactors. You work in close collaboration with the Global Process Owner (GPO) in charge of these HR processes to ensure that data structures, processes, and tools align with business needs and data governance standards.


You are part of the HR Data Office, and work alongside the RUN team responsible for the daily management and support of the SuccessFactors solution. Your mission includes maintaining the data model, ensuring data quality, validating technical evolutions, and enabling insightful analytics.


Key Responsibilities


1. Data Ownership & Governance

  • Act as the single point of accountability for Reward, Perf&Goals, and Talent master data within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Maintain and evolve the data dictionary and logical data model for your domains.
  • Guarantee consistency of data across entities and ensure alignment with Group data governance rules.
  • Collaborate closely with the GPO to ensure process and data consistency.

2. Functional & Technical Enhancements

  • Monitor upcoming enhancements and releases in SAP SuccessFactors and assess their impact on the data model and reporting capabilities.
  • Evaluate and validate technical change requests or system evolutions related to your data domains.
  • Support the RUN team and IT stakeholders by providing business rules and validation during testing phases.

3. Data Quality Management

  • Define and maintain Data Quality Indicators (DQIs) specific to your domain.
  • Lead root cause analyses in case of data anomalies and coordinate remediation plans with local teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality across systems and processes.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Support advanced reporting needs via SAP People Analytics, Power BI, and Dataiku.
  • Design and optimize dashboards/KPIs for HR stakeholders to monitor performance, compensation, and talent development.
  • Provide functional input for the deployment of self-service reporting and standard analytics.

5. Project & Change Support

  • Participate in HRIS and Data-related projects (system upgrades, data model redesign, business requirements collection).
  • Ensure that data-related impacts are considered in process and system changes.
  • Contribute to documentation of business rules, flows, and governance standards.


Profile Required

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience on SAP SuccessFactors (Reward, Performance & Goals, and Talent).
  • Strong understanding of HR master data and its impact on business processes.
  • Experience with data governance, including data dictionary management and logical modeling.
  • Familiarity with SAP People Analytics (embedded and advanced versions).

Strong Plus:

  • Good working knowledge of Power BI and Dataiku.
  • Proven experience in Data Quality Management: DQIs, root cause analysis, and remediation planning.
  • Experience in a global organization with complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance aspects in HR environments.
