Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Automotive Infotainment Systems development.

• Strong expertise in Android Automotive OS, Linux/QNX, middleware, applications, and system testing.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner, System Architect, or Technical Lead in infotainment programs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, integration, and validation in automotive systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, business acumen, and client-facing skills.
• Experience in project management and presales activities.
• Strong communication, networking, and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile and SAFe development frameworks.

Job responsibilities

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Infotainment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in

Gothenburg. This role requires deep technical expertise in Infotainment Systems, Middleware, Android

Automotive OS, Linux/QNX, Application Development, and System Testing, combined with strong leadership,

business acumen, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate is someone who will be able to assume

Product Owner or System Architect responsibilities, while also supporting pre-sales activities, building and

mentoring teams, and ensuring successful delivery of projects for leading automotive clients.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Define architecture, design, and system-level solutions for automotive infotainment systems.
• Provide technical direction on middleware, OS (Android Automotive, Linux, QNX), application development, and integration/testing.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to client engineering teams.
  
  
  

Product & Project Ownership

• Act as Product Owner or System Architect for infotainment system development.
• Manage requirements, backlogs, and feature prioritization in collaboration with clients.
• Oversee system integration, validation, and delivery milestones.
  
  
  

Business & Presales Support

• Contribute to RFQ responses, proposals, and solutioning for new business opportunities.
• Engage with stakeholders, build strong networks, and represent the company in client discussions.
• Support business development initiatives with technical expertise and strategy insights.
  
  
  

Team Building & Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing team of infotainment engineers in Gothenburg.
• Mentor and coach engineers to grow technical expertise and delivery excellence.
