Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior iOS Developer to join our growing Information Technologies team. This role will play a key part in designing, building, and maintaining ColendiBank’s iOS applications and guide the iOS team on technical best practices, deliver high-quality mobile banking products, and help shape the future of digital banking experiences in Türkiye.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the iOS development team, establish coding standards, and oversee technical decision-making processes.
• Design application architecture with modular, maintainable, and scalable structures.
• Monitor the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices in the iOS ecosystem and integrate them into development workflows.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Contribute innovative technologies and fresh ideas to enhance the solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in iOS applications development.
• Minimum 1 years of experience developing and maintaining SwiftUI
• Be familiar with Cocoapods, Git, Fastlane, Swift Package Manager, Combine
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and common design patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Taking ownership of your work by meeting deadlines, foreseeing delays, and raising issues appropriately.
• Experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks (e.g., XCTest).
• Experience in developing mobile banking applications is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
