Data Analyst, 12-months contract (Artificial Intelligence & Automation)

This is a 12 months contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the technical product vision and strategy for a defined product line.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, incorporating technical input and aligning with business priorities across phases such as ideation, development, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and support product delivery.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to generate insights, identify areas for innovation, and shape product direction.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
• Partner with UX/UI designers, technical program managers, and technical users to support cohesive product strategies.
• Assist in backlog management and feature prioritization in consultation with senior managers.
• Monitor and report on product performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for technical and process improvements.
• Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and presentations to gain alignment and buy-in from senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, machine learning, or data science, including direct work on real-world AI products or systems (e.g., model development, deployment, monitoring).
• Strong understanding of modern software architectures, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
• Ability to evaluate when to apply techniques such as LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), automation, or backend logic.
• Proven ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams and assess the impact of architectural decisions on scalability and performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify gaps or areas for improvement.
