Your Role

As a Data Scientist / Analyst, you will play a key role in modeling vessel behavior, analyzing fleet health, and supporting sustainability metrics through advanced analytics and machine learning. You will work with large datasets and cloud-based tools to deliver predictive insights and contribute to operational efficiency and environmental goals.

In this role, you will:

• Model vessel behavior and operational patterns using statistical and machine learning techniques
• Analyze fleet health to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
• Develop predictive maintenance and anomaly detection models
• Support sustainability initiatives by modeling and tracking relevant environmental metrics
• Utilize AWS services such as SageMaker and Athena for scalable data processing and analysis
• Write efficient data queries and scripts using Python, R, and SQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions

Your Profile

• 8–10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with machine learning techniques including predictive maintenance and anomaly detection
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and Athena
• Strong understanding of sustainability metrics and their application in analytics
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
