Senior or Principal Software Engineer (Back end)

TrueNorth have been engaged by a new partner in the SAAS space who after a raft of new investment are growing the team - we're looking for Senior and Principal Software Engineers with a back end focus, to join the team.

You'll be responsible for designing and developing the core functionality that runs the product and platforms, with a say in future product roadmaps and architecture too.

Key skills required:

• C#
• .Net Core
• SQL and NoSQL
• Extensive experience with Rest APIs and API technology
• CI/CD
• Azure (or any major cloud provider)

Beneficial, but not essential:

• Microservices architecture
• Docker and Cloud based infrastructure

The starting salary range is anywhere from circa £50k to £70k plus benefits (depending on experience and interview).

The company are based in central Newcastle, with excellent transport links, in modern, spacious and bright offices - they operate a hybrid working policy of 2 days per week in office, with flexibility where required.
