Business Analyst

We are looking for a senior BA with extensive knowledge of Fund Administration to join a long term project. The client requires 2-3 days per week onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements related to fund administration, including NAV calculations, investor reporting, trade processing, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and external vendors to design and implement system and process enhancements.
• Support project delivery across the fund administration lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet business needs and regulatory standards.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the asset management or fund administration sector.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, investor services, and related operational workflows.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with fund administration platforms and data/reporting tools is a plus.
