Role Description

We are hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven systems across both web and mobile applications. This role blends applied ML expertise with full-stack development, enabling you to deliver intelligent, production-ready features that power digital healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Build and maintain pipelines for data preparation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop APIs and services to bring ML models into web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize performance and scalability of ML systems in production.
• Stay up to date with emerging techniques in AI, computer vision, and applied ML.

Requirements

• Strong skills in computer vision, deep learning, and end-to-end system development, including ML pipeline design and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn, including CNNs and ViTs.
• Proficiency in Python and full-stack development (backend: Django/Flask/Node.js; frontend: React/Angular/Vue).
• Experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android using Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, or React Native).
• Solid understanding of cloud deployment (AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver production-ready ML solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to self-supervised learning (e.g., SimCLR, DINOv2, BYOL).
• Familiarity with sequence modelling (Transformers, BiLSTMs) for structured or temporal data.
• Experience with MLOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, retraining.
• Experience with on-device ML optimization (TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, ONNX).
• Prior experience delivering AI-enabled web or mobile products.
