Network Administrator

Our client is in the manufacturing industry with a reputable brand and are looking for a Network Administrator who can provide BAU Support for Level 1 and Level 2 issues.

This is a contract position, 5 days a week in the office and is great for someone in the Newcastle region looking for local work or someone looking to gain some regional work as part of their visa application.

You will be responsible for various BAU duties such as: Providing support for routers and switchesSupporting wifi and wifi configurationFirewall (fortinet) and Voice technology supportUnpack, install, test and repack various networking equipmentClean up various racks and switches and provide extra cabling To be suitable for this role you will:Ideally have graduated with an IT degree/diploma/certificateExperience in Networking for at least 2-3 years and aboveExperience with enterprise level routers and switches, ideally Firewall supportHave a great work ethic, attitude, communication skills and be able to learn
