Senior AWS Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior AWS Site Reliability Engineer to improve the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of our cloud systems. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and systems operations to develop infrastructure automation, enhance deployment stability, and support secure cloud environments. Responsibilities

• Design scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS to enhance performance
• Automate provisioning and deployment processes using tools like Terraform
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines to support secure and smooth software releases
• Monitor infrastructure health and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Deploy observability solutions and develop dashboards for system insights
• Collaborate with development teams to align infrastructure with application needs
• Identify security risks and vulnerabilities and suggest mitigation approaches
• Document infrastructure and operational procedures to ensure clarity and maintainability
• Work closely with Cloud Security Engineers and Penetration Testing teams
• Communicate clearly with clients and teams on secure software development practices

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS cloud platforms
• Strong understanding of security threats and OWASP Top 10 attack patterns
• Knowledge of Threat Modeling methodologies and tools
• Experience applying cloud security controls and policies
• Solid grasp of infrastructure security principles and penetration testing concepts
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Identity & Compliance tools
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or SANS GIAC related to AWS security
