What do we expect you to bring?

General Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or other relevant fields

· 2+ years of IT Business Analyst experience

· Agile methodology experience and knowledge in iterative incremental delivery is desired

· Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing projects and solving problems

· Capability in understanding the technical aspects of the project

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

· Strong coordination skills and willingness to take responsibilities

· Fluency in English

How can you make an impact?

· Working as a team member in agile project teams and taking business analyst responsibilities

· Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements of the stakeholders and design the best solutions to meet their needs

. Ensure business enablement for operational processes and current systems

· Convert business requirements into technical software specifications and prepare high-quality design deliverables including process modelling, data modelling, and integration details

· To consider efficiency, to see the development areas in current processes and to make process improvement suggestions and developments, to see and design automation opportunities
