Mandatory (Any one): Cisco certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) and/or Huawei certifications will earn extra points.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of switches and servers.
- Provide professional technical consultation and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support short-term business trips to other European countries when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service processes and quality.
- Write and maintain technical documents and operation manuals.
- Provide technical and service related training to customers and channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related fields.
- At least two years of work experience in the relevant field.
- Proficient in operating and maintaining switches and servers.
- Cisco certifications (such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE) and/or Huawei certifications will earn extra points.
- Fluent communication skills in English, Chinese & German proficiency being a bonus (advantage).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Capable of working independently and possessing good teamwork spirit.
