Product Manager (App & Site Team)

What you’ll have to do:

• Own the product lifecycle for product detail and listing pages across app and web, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Define and drive the roadmap, ensuring focus on app engagement and conversion goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data to build and prioritize features.
• Improve discoverability, content quality, and funnel conversion (search → listing → product page → cart).
• Use data and user feedback to refine features and deliver measurable improvements in app engagement.
• Partner with Commercial, Catalog, and Marketing teams to ensure updates drive value for both users and the business.
• Optimize performance at scale (load times, responsiveness) for millions of SKUs.
  
  

Success Metrics

• OKRs Ownership: Define and track quarterly OKRs in collaboration with the Product Manager, App & Web.
• App Engagement: Increase engagement with product and listing pages in the eMAG app.
• Conversion & Funnel Optimization: Improve add-to-cart and purchase rates across the product discovery flow (search → listing → product page → cart).
• Content & Discoverability: Improve product information quality and relevance.
• Performance: Faster load times and reliable rendering at scale.
• Feature Adoption: Strong activation and retention of new features.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• You have experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within an e-commerce, digital, or technology environment;
• Have experience with managing web and mobile software products;
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of A/B testing.
• Able to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce useful insights;
• Have capability to understand technical matters;
• Passionate about creating products that solve customer pain points and enhance user experience;
• Able to empathize with users and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and usability;
• Have experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for backlog management and sprint planning;
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms and customer experience optimization tools.
