- Position: Cloud Architect (Contract)
- Location: Stockholm (remote only if based in Stockholm)
- Primary Mandatory Skill: GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
✅ Key Skills & Experience Required
1. Cloud Architecture & Foundation
- Designed and developed landing zones & cloud foundations (3+ clients).
- Strong focus on GCP, but also experience across AWS, Azure, and OpenStack.
2. Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Terraform (extensive GCP usage).
- Built frameworks using Python, Bash, Jinja templates.
- Automated pipelines using CI/CD tools.
3. DevOps & CI/CD
- Cloud-native DevOps: Azure DevOps, GCP Cloud Build.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy.
- Release management processes using Git Workflow & GitHub Workflow.
- Defined & implemented DevOps culture & processes.
4. Kubernetes & Containers
- Set up K8s clusters from scratch.
- Containerized monoliths → microservices.
- Migrated Java monoliths → microservices on K8s.
- Worked with EKS (AWS), GKE (GCP), AKS (Azure).
- Experience with OpenShift, Vagrant, on-prem clusters.
- Storage integrations: NFS, GlusterFS with K8s, Linux VMs.
5. Data Engineering / Pipelines
- AWS: Kinesis, Lambda, Glue, S3, Athena.
- GCP: Cloud Composer, Data Fusion, DataProc, BigQuery, GCS.
6. Development & Scripting
- Languages: Java, Python, Groovy, C#, TypeScript (Angular2).
- Framework development for automation.
7. Configuration Management & Provisioning
- Tools: Ansible, Chef, Puppet (3+ years).
- Provisioning on on-prem & cloud (AWS/GCP).
8. Team Leadership
- Led & mentored junior resources.
- Upskilling and guiding teams in cloud, DevOps, and IaC.
9. Integrations
- Systems: Jira, Confluence, Git, Nexus, Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy.
- Unified release process control & distribution.
