Since customer experience is an end-to-end process, we offer consultancy services such as Experience Design, Quality & Research Management and the design phase of this experience from an analytical perspective.Our call services, which are among our main services, are not only provided through voice channel, but also supported by video calls and Interactive Voice Response systems (IVR) to provide our customers with a unique experience.

Responsibilities
· Build: Installation, configuration and maintenance of UNIX/Linux Operating Systems,
· Authorize: Applying required tools to control, audit and report privileged access to sensitive data,
· Automate: Developing and maintaining custom scripts to automate manual tasks, accelerate operation and increase consistency,
· Secure: Using Central Management Tools to apply necessary patch, component, firmware updates periodically in compliance with vulnerability management team,
· Improve: Analyzing and increasing capacity, health, performance according to the usage trends; Assessing new technologies and products according to the use cases; Performing technology replacements according to the technology plan,
· Transform: Fulfilling transformation of traditional operation to Devops/IaC operation,
· Troubleshoot: Acting as a L3 Specialist, solving critical/complex problems (Unavailability, Outage, Inconsistency, Misconfiguration etc.) always with root cause identification,
· Ensure: Defining Policies, Procedures and Instructions to ensure best practices, service availability and quality,
· Mentor: Assisting as an escalation point for lower level support specialists and leveraging pre-defined work instructions for standard issue remediations.
Requirements
· Bachelors degree from Computer Science Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent discipline
· 4+ years of total working experience in *.nix systems (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux, etc)
· RHCA, RHCE, RHCA or equivalent certification
· Experience in microservices architecture (Kubernetes, Openshift, etc.)
· Experience in devops automation and IaC (Ansible, Azure ARC, Terramaster, Puppet, Chef, etc.)
· Experience in OS support of Voice Servers (Avaya, Asterisk, etc.) and Web Servers (IBM WAS, Apache Tomgat, Nginx, Redis etc.)
· Experience in Red Hat Satellite
· Knowledge and hands on experience of working with ITIL, Cobit, ISO27001 and Service Management best practices.
· 3+ years of total working experience in *.nix systems (RHEL, CentOS, Oracle Linux, etc)
· Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Perl or Json etc.)
· Experience in cluster technologies and high availability systems
· Experience in virtualization (Preferably KVM and VMware)
· Ability to balance multiple priorities and yet meet deadlines
· Strong analytical and excellent troubleshooting skills
· Effective in dealing with ambiguity
· Fluency in English
