QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
• 2–4 years of professional experience in backend development (preferably with .NET 6/7/8)
• Strong expertise in C# and object-oriented programming
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API and Javascript
• Good knowledge of SQL Server / MSSQL, query optimization, and relational database design
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices
• Familiartiy with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will be a plus
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar) and proven track record of using them effectively in real-world projects
• Knowledge of design patterns, clean code practices, and scalable architecture principles
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and unit/integration testing skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate in agile teams

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Backend Developer at Enocta, you will:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services with .NET 8
• Add new features and improve existing ones in line with customer needs and modern technology trends
• Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-powered features to enhance learning experiences
• Work with RESTful APIs and integration layers for enterprise-level solutions
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability in high-traffic applications
• Actively participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies with 2–3 week sprint cycles
• Collaborate with frontend, mobile, AI, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
