Our Agile journey began three years ago—but to truly scale, we need coaches who understand both Agile delivery and Lean transformation at a systemic level. We’re looking for an experienced Lean Agile Coach to join our global Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) and help us scale smart, value-driven, sustainable ways of working across IT and business teams. This is a hands-on transformation role—you’ll coach product teams and leaders alike, helping optimize flow, eliminate waste, and shift the mindset of how value is delivered. Join us.   • Coach cross-functional teams and senior leaders on Lean and Agile principles, systems thinking, and continuous improvement
  • Apply Lean transformation tools such as Kaizen events, A3 problem solving, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Embed flow-based thinking across teams and processes to reduce handoffs, delays, and waste
  • Partner with Product Owners, Cluster Leads, and Business Stakeholders to optimize backlogs and value streams
  • Support Agile@Scale initiatives by contributing to the evolution of our playbook and delivery model
  • Use and teach Lean metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time, Flow Efficiency, Throughput) to enable data-driven improvement
  • Enable teams to become autonomous, learning-driven, and value-focused
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, including coaching both teams and senior leaders
  • Extensive background in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills across all organizational levels
  • Deep knowledge of Lean transformation methods and system-level optimization
  • Experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar) in scaled environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Technical or IT background is a plus
