Software Engineer - Python focus

Software Engineer (FastAPI/Django focus)

We’re looking for an experienced software engineer to help build and scale secure, reliable healthcare technology.

You’ll focus on backend services while also contributing to the frontend when needed, working with a modern stack that includes Python (FastAPI), React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, and AWS.

What you’ll do

• Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Contribute to frontend features when needed
• Collaborate with designers, product leads, and engineers
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Ensure performance, security, and reliability across systems

What we’re looking for

• 4–6 years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python skills (FastAPI/Flask) and SQL (PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy)
• Some frontend knowledge (React/TypeScript)
• Cloud experience (preferably AWS)
• Fluency in Norwegian and strong English communication skills
