Role Summary

Build and ship high-quality iOS/Android apps with Flutter and Dart. You’ll own well-scoped features end-to-end, collaborate with design/backend, and help keep releases smooth and stable.

Responsibilities

• Implement features with responsive, pixel-accurate UIs in Flutter.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs; handle auth, errors, and offline states.
• Use state management (Provider/BLoC/Riverpod/Cubit) and Navigator 2.0.
• Write unit and widget tests; fix bugs and regressions.
• Optimize performance (jank, memory, app size) and accessibility.
• Configure analytics/crash reporting (e.g., Firebase) and push notifications.
• Prepare builds and manage releases (TestFlight/Play Console).
• Participate in code reviews, follow clean architecture/SOLID, and update docs.

Requirements

• Track record of 1–2 published apps or shipped features in production.
• Strong grasp of widgets, layouts, state management, and navigation.
• API integration (JSON), local storage/caching (Hive/sqflite), and error handling.
• Git proficiency and basic CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Bitrise/Codemagic).
• Familiar with Android Studio/Xcode and store submission guidelines.
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Analytics, Crashlytics, FCM) or equivalent.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

• Kotlin/Swift basics and platform channels.
• Code generation (freezed, json_serializable), dependency injection (get_it).
• In-app purchases/payments, Maps/Geo, camera/media, or ML Kit.
• A/B testing, feature flags, and performance profiling (DevTools).
