The Role

As our next Product Designer, you'll craft intuitive, elegant digital experiences that connect seamlessly with physical sensor products. Your work will make complex data accessible and impactful for users in facilities, operations, and smart building contexts.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research and usability testing to unlock deeper insights into customer needs.
• Develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Work closely with hardware, data, and engineering teams to ensure seamless UX/UI implementation.
• Design dashboards and interfaces that elegantly visualize sensor-generated data.
• Benchmark competitor interfaces and incorporate best practices to maintain design leadership.

About You

• 3–6 years of experience in digital product design (UX/UI), preferably with data-rich or hardware-related products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, user-centric, and visually compelling design.
• Confident in prototyping tools and methods—Figma, Sketch, InVision, or equivalents.
• Proven success collaborating within cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data).
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment; flexible, adaptable, and resourceful.
