Full Stack Developer (PHP & React)

Location: Manchester (3 days onsite) / Remote (2 days)

We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join a close-knit in-house development team driving innovation for a market leader in outsourced Employment Law, HR, and Health & Safety services.

You’ll be contributing to the development of a brand-new system (React + PHP) and supporting the enhancement of an established CRM platform. If you take pride in writing clean, testable code and enjoy collaborating with experienced developers on meaningful, high-impact projects—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using PHP (Laravel/OOP) and React.
• Build intuitive, high-quality user interfaces with a strong focus on usability.
• Write clean, well-structured code with unit tests and participate in rigorous code reviews.
• Optimise database queries and contribute to the overall architecture.
• Work closely with a senior, experienced development team in a supportive environment.
• Collaborate using a ticket and pull request workflow.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of PHP development experience (Laravel, OOP, Unit Testing).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.
• Understanding of design patterns and clean coding principles.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL and performance tuning.
• Basic familiarity with Linux environments.
• Bonus: experience with AWS and DevOps tools.
