About The Role

We’re looking for a Mobile Developer who builds delightful, performant apps and leverages AI to move faster—writing higher-quality code, tests, and docs; and shipping AI-powered product features (chat, summarization, recommendations, on-device intelligence).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship mobile features for iOS and/or Android (native or cross-platform).
• Integrate with REST/GraphQL backends; handle auth, offline sync, caching, and secure data storage.
• Implement AI/LLM features: chat flows, content generation/summarization, semantic search, and personalization.
• Use AI tools to accelerate work: code generation, refactoring, unit/e2e test scaffolding, doc drafts, and migration aides.
• Own quality: automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, crash/ANR reduction, performance profiling, and accessibility.
• Monitor and improve product metrics (crash-free sessions, app start time, retention, feature adoption).
• Collaborate with Design and Product; write clear technical specs and implementation plans.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in one of:
• iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), Android (Kotlin/Jetpack), or cross-platform (Flutter or React Native).
• Shipped at least one production app or major feature used by real customers.
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM/MVI), modularization, dependency injection, and networking.
• Comfortable with AI tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot/Cursor/Codeium) and prompt-driven workflows for code, tests, and docs.
• Experience consuming LLM services (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.) via APIs; handling tokens, streaming, retries, and observability.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD (Fastlane/Bitrise/GitHub Actions), unit/UI testing (XCTest, Espresso/JUnit, Flutter test, Detox).
• Security & privacy fundamentals: secure storage, keychain/keystore, PII handling, data minimization.
• At least 1 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
