We're thrilled to announce the opening for [project management office intern] in our Moët Hennessy Singapore office.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week, starting September 29.

Job Responsibilities

How you will contribute…

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist PMO in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action logs.
  • Support coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
  • Support in the development of communication materials.
  • Monitor project progress and highlight risks or delays to the project team for timely resolution.
  • Assist the research, interviews and data analysis to support decision-making and improve project outcomes.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties to support the PMO.
  • Coordinate and organize Talent and Learning related meetings, events and projects

  • Possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time/projects/processes efficiently.
  • Self-driven, meticulous and a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Power BI.
  • Very passionate about problem solving.
