Cloud Solution Architecture Cloud & AI Data

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) – Data to join our Customer Success Unit. This individual contributor role is pivotal in driving customer transformation through data and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. As a CSA, you will lead technical engagements, shape data strategies, and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient architectures that unlock business value.

You’ll work closely with enterprise customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to accelerate adoption of Azure Data services, including Databricks, Fabric, Cosmos DB, and Azure AI.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Strategy
• Lead deep technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, enterprise architects, and data engineers.
• Understand customer business priorities and design data solutions that drive measurable outcomes
• Technical Leadership
• Own technical delivery across design, build, and operations phases for Azure Data workloads.
• Guide customers through proof-of-concepts, pilots, and production deployments using services like Azure Databricks, Fabric, Microsoft Purview, Azure SQL, Postgres, and AI
• Solution Design & Optimization
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency standards.
• Apply frameworks like CAF and WAF to ensure enterprise-grade architecture
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Partner with CSAMs, Customer Engineers, and Product Groups to drive unified delivery and unblock technical challenges.
• Contribute to reusable IP and delivery frameworks that scale across engagements
• Skilling & Enablement
• Stay current with certifications and technical intensity programs in Azure Data & AI.
• Mentor junior architects and contribute to community calls and skilling initiatives
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Substantial experience in cloud technologies, data architecture, or IT consulting.
• Proven success in customer-facing roles leading technical engagements and deployments
• Expertise in Azure Data services (Databricks, Fabric, Cosmos DB, Purview, Databases), data governance, and AI integration.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Experience with hybrid data architectures, data resiliency, and unified delivery models
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence across technical and business domains.
