Senior Product Manager，Spot

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize product features for the crypto spot trading platform, ensuring the product meets the latest market trends and user experience expectations;
• Analyze crypto spot market trends, competitors, and user needs to provide market intelligence and ensure the product remains market-sensitive;
• Establish and optimize risk control systems for spot trading, formulate risk control strategies and processes to ensure the security and stability of the trading platform;
• Design and implement financial models to optimize trading strategies, liquidity management, and market pricing such as fee structure and interest;
• Work closely with the tech team to drive the R&D team, QA team and release the products, ensuring high-quality delivery of product features.

Qualifications:

• Over 3 years of management experience in crypto trading platforms, familiar with the crypto market and related industry regulations. Those with team management experience are preferred;
• Outstanding market analysis and business insight, able to accurately grasp trends and user demands in the Crypto trading market;
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, capable of coordinating with multiple departments such as development, listing, and risk control.
• Solid project management and execution capabilities, effectively managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• In-depth understanding of Crypto market operations. As a senior industry practitioner, demonstrate a profound passion for the industry, high awareness of industry hot topics, and deep insight into market dynamics.
