Android Intern

We invite candidates with solid knowledge in Android Development and a strong desire to gain practical experience essential for launching an IT career to join the EPAM Android Laboratory.

Participants of this program will study in a fairly intensive format, with training and project work taking approximately 20+ hours per week on average. The duration of the Lab depends on each candidate’s individual progress, but within 3-4 months, participants will begin interviewing for production-level positions.

Requirements:

• the level of written and spoken English – intermediate and higher
• confident knowledge of a Java, Kotlin, Android
• analytical thinking and ingenuity in solving non-standard tasks
• ability to self-study on the provided materials
• average knowledge of the principles of creating software products for mobile devices
• the desire to learn in-depth the development of software products for Android devices

Nice to have:

• basic knowledge of a language that is focused on the use of the OOP principles
• confident knowledge of algorithms and data structures, OOP, databases
• production experience in the Android development

• Intensive learning. Depending on your weekly engagement, the program will run for 3+ months and require around 20–30 hours per week.
