Middle AI Developer

We are seeking a passionate Mid-Level Developer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a developer with solid foundational skills who is eager to dive into the exciting world of AI transformation. While AI experience is not required, we're looking for someone who is passionate about learning cutting-edge technologies and can quickly adapt to new tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Implementation

• Build and maintain custom AI agents and integration solutions for client projects
• Collaborate with AI Solutions Consultants and Principal Engineers to implement technical solutions
• Develop APIs, microservices, and system integrations to support AI agent deployment
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established best practices
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions

Client Project Support

• Work directly on client AI transformation projects as part of our 3-step methodology
• Assist with technical implementation and system integration phases
• Provide technical support during client solution deployment
• Collaborate with client engineering teams when needed

R&D Contributions

• Participate in our weekly R&D meetings and stay current with AI landscape developments
• Contribute to proof-of-concept development and framework creation
• Help evaluate new AI tools, LLMs, and approaches
• Assist in building internal knowledge base and documentation

Continuous Learning

• Actively learn and adopt new AI technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Stay updated with industry best practices in software development and AI integration
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and internal presentations

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language:
• .NET/C#
• Java
• Rust
• Go
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and design patterns
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Knowledge of database design and management (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Understanding of API development and RESTful services
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and basic DevOps practices

Professional Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Ability to write clear technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
