Data Integration Engineer

We are searching for a diligent and meticulous Data Integration Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration pipelines that support our data-centric applications. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines using Python, SQL, and Databricks
• Deploy and manage integration architectures using Apache Airflow and AWS Glue
• Oversee data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
• Collaborate with IT and Data teams to integrate scalable solutions in AWS environments
• Monitor data quality and implement solutions to ensure data integrity
• Optimize data flows to improve performance and scalability
• Document data integration processes, protocols, and configurations
• Handle troubleshooting and debugging of data issues
• Provide technical support and guidance on data integration strategies

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and SQL with 2+ years of hands-on experience
• Skilled in AWS and Databricks implementation
• Knowledge of Apache Airflow and AWS Glue
• Background in designing and constructing data pipelines
• Understanding of cloud-based data integration solutions and architectures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage multiple data integration projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Integration (ETL/ELT) Platforms
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka
• Competency in Snowflake
