- Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- 2-8 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT/technology services sector.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing international clients, preferably in the US and UK markets.
- Strong understanding of software development, cutting edge technologies like AI & Blockchain, IT services, or tech consulting business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Experience in selling services like custom software development, web/app development, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of B2B sales cycles and enterprise-level sales processes.
- Understanding of regulatory and business nuances in US and UK markets.
