Business Intelligence Analyst - Junior

Your Responsibilities & Impact

• Prepare clear, data-driven insights and presentation materials using GSheets, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence tools.
• Support strategic planning activities such as market analysis, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Deliver KPI reporting, dashboards, and exec-ready presentations to help leaders make informed decisions.
• Run ad-hoc analysis to support requests from stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives across strategy, programs, and enablement.

Requirements

• Recently graduated in an analytical discipline such as engineering, computer science, finance, etc.
• 2-3 years of experience ideally in finance, data analytics, or business operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and Tableau a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a "get things done" attitude to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new Business Intelligence and reporting tools.
