Your new role

We are seeking a seasoned network professional with a passion for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge network infrastructure. Join the team and lead the delivery of robust, secure, and scalable network solutions.

6-month contract with high potential for extension

Location: South of river

Pay Rate: $850-900 Daily plus Superannuation

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure.
• Administer and support network and communication systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Lead technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network solutions with business needs.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience with:
• Advanced Cisco switching and routing
• Firewalls and Network Access Control
• Wireless technologies
• Cisco IP Telephony
• Proven track record in network and communications systems administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of network and communications hardware.
• Experience managing and delivering technical projects.
• Solid understanding of IT security infrastructure technologies and practices.
