- Performing feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for blockchain projects
- Ensuring the security and integrity of blockchain systems
- Developing smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps)
- Written and verbal English communication
- Problem-solving and teamwork
- Blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Binance Smart Chain
- Smart contract development using Solidity or similar languages
- Consensus algorithms, cryptographic methods, and blockchain architectures
- Decentralized identity and authentication protocols
- Integrating blockchain components with existing infrastructure
- Familiarity with scalability and interoperability solutions
- Understanding of tokenomics and governance models
- Hands-on experience with blockchain development tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of blockchain security best practices
- Certifications in blockchain or distributed ledger technologies
