Senior ICT Project Manager – Procurement Focus

Location: Brussels, Belgium (50% Remote)

Start Date: October

Contract: 1 year (with potential for two 12-month extensions)

Languages: Proficiency in English required; working knowledge of French or Dutch (at least one)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior ICT Program/Project Manager with strong procurement expertise to support strategic and operational procurement activities within the organization. This role involves managing ICT tenders, vendor relationships, and optimizing procurement processes in alignment with annual ICT programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and report on ICT tenders across various divisions
• Act as liaison between procurement, legal, and ICT teams
• Drive vendor management and organize technology updates
• Implement governance to ensure procedural compliance
• Collaborate with technical teams to define specifications
• Monitor contract performance and assess risks
• Analyze costs and identify optimization opportunities
• Improve documentation and process flows
• Provide benchmarks and strategic recommendations on existing contracts
