We are now looking for a new talent to join us as UX/UI Designer for our Digital team at Musti Group.

Musti Group is in an interesting phase of renewing our whole digital ecosystem to better support further expansion. At our eCommerce and customer domain we are transforming both the platform and the team to be more growth-oriented and to work better towards our business objectives without compromising the quality of our technical platforms.

As our UX/UI designer you will be responsible for shaping every step of the customer journey across all of our eCommerce shops, including purchase experience, services, knowledge articles and much more. You’ll spend your time designing user-friendly interfaces, prototypes and developing our design system together with our senior UX/UI designer. You will also work closely together with our developers, scrum master and product owners to ensure that our future eCommerce has both business value and technical excellence.

What you will do

• Design user-friendly, intuitive interfaces for our 6 eCommerce shops that help us drive growth online

• Contribute and drive user research and turn insights into wireframes and prototypes

• Work closely with our senior UX/UI designer, Frontend Lead developer and other developers to bring your designs into life

Who you are

• 3+ years of working experience as UX/UI designer, preferably within e-commerce or digital products

• Solid skills in Figma (or similar tools) and working with design systems (e.g. storybook)

• Experience in conducting A/B tests and interpreting results

• Experience in working with developers and as part of agile teams

• Experience in conducting user research such as interviews, questionnaires and focus groups

• Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions with internal stakeholders

What we consider as a plus

• Working experience within retail brands

• Working experience with multi-brand, international companies

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS to understand basics of translating design to code

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for inclusivity

• Swedish or Finnish skills

For this position, your main location can be Helsinki or Stockholm. Please note that for this position we cannot offer relocation. We often have dogs in the office; therefore, the work might not be suitable for a person who is allergic to pets.
